    • Morel season isn’t the longest in Utah. So when you do find these delicious little things it makes them all the more tasty to savor.

    • When in doubt... frittata.
::
Got up tired and figured why not just make a frittata the family can munch on all day. Then I don’t have to worry about lunch or dinner.
::
Gathered our eggs, collected some spinach and collards, cut some onion scapes, minced some garlic from last season and cut up come sweet potatoes.
::
Even when I am tired making a meal from food gathered on the backyard always gives me the boost to finish the meal.
::
Now back to lazing around, reading, napping, and vitamin d on the body.

    • Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same... Robert Frost
::
Whatever road you take is the right road for you. I often think about what would have happened if I took a different road. Where would my life path be?
::
But ultimately realize life has a way of moving you to your purpose. ultimately it didn’t matter which road you took because life has a way of bringing us to the same place.

    • What do you know about curcumin? I was recently sent a sample from @vitacost
::
I wrote up a blog detailing some of the benefits that have been seen from curcumin for people in terms of inflammation and joint issues.
::
Like any supplement it’s good to do research and luckily I dig through a few scientific papers to help you make a decision if curcumin is a supplement you want to add to your diet.

    • Before the rain clouds rolled in... now that it’s springtime/nearly summer I try to work outside as much as possible.
::
I am super fortunate to be able to work from home. While it can be lonely at times and even isolating it also is a gift to make my workspace my own wherever I want it to be.
::
It’s so easy to forget the gifts we have when they become our norm. Sometimes I have to step back and realize how fortunate I am for the freedom.
