It’s been over 6 weeks into the Wim Hof Method 10-Week online course. While it should be week 7 of the method already I took my time on week six adding an additional week as I discuss in the video.
While my practice of the course has been a little off, on the other hand, my immersion into the environment and putting the practice into action took full force between the Cupid’s Undie Run, you can check out the video from that run here, and an excursion into the woods for most of Valentine’s Day both of which I talk about in the latest video.
For me, it was a week of applying the method and watching it all come together. I can honestly say that embracing the cold is getting easier and easier. It is still not easy but it is easier. I found while we were on our excursion in the mountains that when I started to feel chilled I focused on breath work more and was able to recenter and in turn felt warmer. Maybe just mind over matter but it seemed to be working.
In short, I am jumping back into daily practice after this hiccup and back on track with the morning breathing and exercise as I enter into week 7. Excited to see how the rest of the course unfolds.
