It’s been an exciting summer around Dirt in Your Skirt and as the leaves change I look back on the last couple of months. For those that read the Facebook Page many already have read and seen this for others who just get the blog updates in their email inbox some of this might be new. Have you checked out the new Dirt in Your Skirt online shop? The new Bondi Bands pretty much are a favorite and staple in all my workouts these days and I love the temporary tattoos.

IN THE PRESS AND ON THE AIR

Dirt in Your Skirt has made been featured in The Huffington Post, Outside Magazine Online, GearJunkie.com, and PersonalTrainerCertification.net. I was happy to sit down and have a conversation with Matt B. Davis on his podcast about the future of obstacle course racing. Dirt in Your Skirt has also been featured on several of the Spartan Race videos from races this season including, Utah, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and a cameo in the Virginia race.

Finally, I have been excited to have been able to contribute to a chapter in the new Spartan Race book about Obstacle Course Racing and share some of my experiences. The book is currently available for download for free from the Spartan Race website.

It’s been an exciting summer at Dirt in Your Skirt. Now it’s time to prep for a move yet again this time out west and crossing my fingers on a few other projects that are in the works and could prove really exciting for the future.
