Did you know sometimes I record episodes months before I am able to release them? While they sit on the computer they can get a little stale before they make it on the podcast.

However, starting today, I will be releasing the recordings when they happen just for Patreon Supporters!

You will get the unedited, raw, freshly caught recordings. That’s right no commercials, no intros, Just the raw recording with the guest and myself.

Consider it my thank you to you for being a supporter. However, if you like my intros and entros and all that you can watch for the episode when it comes out. Either way, I have so much gratitude for supporters I wanted to offer you this little perk!

I will trickle out over the next couple weeks the recordings in the queue and moving forward you will get access to the raw recordings the day they are recorded.

Why Support the Show?

Why would you want to pay for something you can get for free? Well first karma, think of it as good karma. Not into that answer, well unfortunately in the world we live in podcasting costs money. There are website hosting fees, podcast hosting fees, scheduler hosting fees, and well a lot of fees that go into the podcast behind the scenes.

While some podcasts outsource all their scheduling, editing, distribution, and well basically everything other than the hour or so the host talks to the guest, that is not the case with Dirt in Your Skirt. This project I embarked upon two years ago has been a one-woman operation and everything you see from the podcast from graphic design, editing, scheduling, well everything is from my computer and hands.

While I am not looking to get rich on the podcast I do want to make it something that can sustain itself and in my dream world, I would be able to travel around and interview all my guests in person. But that is a long way down the road.
