TED
Somedays, I struggle with what to write about the day and since it’s not even 8pm on the east coast and I am already seeking out my bed. I am letting TED no not the person but the conference TED (Technology Entertainment Design) do the heavy lifting on tonight’s post. So enjoy two wonderful videos in two very different ways.
The first video is of Lewis Pugh’s swim on Mount Everest. It makes me think about all the things that go through out minds before races and how we prepare not so much physically but mentally.
The second video is one I could watch each day as a way to remind myself life is a gift and each day should be thought of as such.
Take the time and enjoy. The second video I strongly encourage you to watch full-screen turn off the cell phone and the Facebook Chat or anything else. Allow yourself the gift of watching this video.
