Anna “Frosty” Frost is one of the most well-known women in the ultra running world today. She boasts an impressive race resume and has lived a life of adventure, travel, and running. She is the two-time Hardrock 100 female champion and is taking on the race for the third time this coming weekend.

She sat down with us to talk about her life growing up in New Zealand, her love of travel, jewelry, inspiring young women, and what is next for the talented 35-year old runner and adventurer.
