Day 31… On the Mend
Still not 100% today, so my training is limited to possibly a 30 minute spin on the bike just to reactivate my muscles later on today. It will all depend how I am feeling by the end of the workday today.
Thank you for all the support, I just have a nasty summer cold and yesterday was spent completely on my couch or in bed. Back to work today and catch up after over a week out of the office. Hoping to be back at it 100% by tomorrow. Pumping fluids and trying to take it all easy today again.
