After spending the last couple days talking to Shawty Spartan about my rock and her sandbag and other random objects we like to workout with I decided the rock needed a workout all it’s own. I have decided my rocks name is, drumroll, “My Rock” because it’s mine and it really doesn’t need a name. Most people at this point know when I say my rock I am referring to My Rock.

Instead of hitting the trails or the road today I stayed close to home. You don’t need a lot of space to get a good workout in, just enough to throw around a rock. Instead of going into great detail I will let the video speak for itself I made after today’s workout.
 

Some might see similarities to tomorrow’s Spartan Race’s WOD (Workout of the Day), it’s no coincidence tried this one out first before giving it over the Spartan Crew for tomorrow. The pouring rain in the middle was a nice addition to the workout. Have to say the CW-X gear again takes a beating and comes out victorious!
