Ok, so headed to camp in the mountains for the weekend, nope not in a tent but at our family camp that it is in the heart of the Adirondacks. I know I live in the mountains already but these are a different sort of mountains. We have no TV, no internet, little to no cell phone service, but what we do have is a rad collection of old records, peace and quiet, loons, books and an escape from the busy world around us all. It is really a place to get away to recharge your batteries! I will try to update Dirt In Your Skirt Facebook Page with daily workouts but if it won’t connect this is the plan. This weekends workouts will include:
Chopping Wood and Core
Running 14 – 16 Miles
Running 6-8 Miles
Throw in some time on the SUP and other various camp chores. Will update when I am back out of the woods away from Camp. When I am back in the Green Mountains of Vermont and Killington I will do full updates on each workout until then get out and enjoy all that summer has to offer! Everyone enjoy the weekend!
