roseanw Rose Wetzel is one of the best-known females in the sport of obstacle course racing. She is one of the top athletes on the Spartan Race competitive circuit, often featured on NBC broadcasts. Additionally, she has been an American Ninja Warrior competitor twice and made it to the finals in Vegas.

Rose joins the podcast this week to not to talk about past races but instead talks candidly about how she became a professional athlete. She talks about growing up in a family of nine children and how her whole life has been training for obstacle racing.
